He has been the on-premise recruiting lead for high tech corporations, and manager at several regional and national technical talent firms. He has also been responsible for the development and launching of several staffing firms, as well as the owner of a leading executive/technical search firm. Because of his reputation, Joe has built long lasting solid coalitions with industry leaders and personnel nationwide. Prior to his time in the staffing industry, he spent his career in operations, marketing and planning for nationally known high tech and consumer product companies, and owned specialized direct sales businesses.


Mona Jackson

A seasoned, versatile recruiter with over 15 years of experience in full-life-cycle technical recruiting for Commercial and Government clients. Mona is a valued strategic out sourcing professional, a proven performer with expert negotiation and placement skills. Mona has an extensive background with both strategic and commercial staffing actions. Strong at developing long term relationships with candidates and clients at all levels. She has strong working knowledge of EEOC and OFCCP guidelines, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Mona is a powerful trainer, mentor and coach to our junior recruiters and human resources assistants. She is Fluent in Arabic, possesses a positive, mature, can-do attitude and commitment to excellence. More importantly, she cares deeply about the people she works with every day, and the company she represents.
